Purification of methylal/methanol mixtures by pervaporation process using ZIF-8 doped PEI membrane

چکیده

Bu çalışmada, metilal/metanol karışımlarının ayrılması için pervaporasyon işlemi kullanılmıştır. Metanole afinitesinden dolayı membran hazırlamak polieterimid (PEI) polimeri seçilmiştir. ZIF-8, katkı maddesi olarak ZIF-8 katkılı PEI membranı sentezlenmiş ve karakterize edilmiştir. Membranların kimyasal bağ yapısı, termal dayanımı morfolojisi sıraısyla Fourier dönüşümü kızılötesi spektroskopisi (FTIR), Termogravimetrik Analiz (TGA) Taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) ile analiz ayırma performansı farklı çalışma sıcaklıklarında, besleme metanol konsantrasyonlarında yükleme oranlarında incelenmiştir. Optimum proses koşulları, 20°C operasyon sıcaklığı, ağırlıkça %6 konsantrasyonu %0.5 oranı belirlenmiştir. Akı seçicilik değerleri bu koşullar altında sırasıyla 0.57 kg/m2h akı 8169 seçiciliği
